Domain "Ivantifedcloud.com" ADFS/SAML Certificate Update in Fedramp PRD Landscape on 28th-April-2026 : ACTION REQUIRED Apr 28, 2026 04:30-08:30 UTC

Dear valued customer,

This message is a reminder to you and your technical teams about an upcoming change that may require action on your part. On May 8th 2026, the SSL certificate for "Ivantifedcloud.com" Domain will expire. The Site Reliability Engineering team will be updating the Ivanti-side certificate for all Neurons for ITSM PRD tenants with Domain “ivantifedcloud.com” at approximately 04:30 AM UTC on April 28th, 2026. The new certificate is available for download and may require an update to your SSO solution (ADFS/Okta/Shibboleth) prior to April 28th, 2026 in order to prevent any service disruption.

If you are not the best person to contact about this upcoming change, please reply with the contact who should receive this communication.

Depending on your authentication configuration, Single Sign-On-enabled cloud customers who do not update the certificate on their side before April 28th, 2026 may be unable to log into their tenants using SSO.
