As part of Security requirement, Legacy/Insecure TLS versions (prior to v1.2) will be deprecated at Ivanti side for all the inbound connections in NVF STG/UAT ISM cloud environment, which mandates all incoming requests to TenantURL should not use lower TLS versions. This will not potentially impact any ISM functionality unless it has anything configured/installed to use only TLSv1.0 or TLSv1.1 explicitly on your servers such as Mail Servers, LDAP Servers, Heat connector, Voice Heat etc. which connects to ISM Tenant URL.
