As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best experience, we will be transitioning from Virtual Machines to Containers in our NVCSTG-C1 Datacenter.

We shall start with the Staging environments and then at a later stage work on the Production. This update is for the Staging environments, and no change required on your end.

Our team of experts is working diligently to ensure a seamless migration process. We will be closely monitoring the transition and will address any issues that may arise promptly with ability to rollback to Virtual Machines if the need arises.

Ivanti Neurons Platform : App Control Engine Update - 1829801 Apr 14, 2026 12:00-13:00 UTC

Ivanti will be performing an update to the App Control Agent Engine. This is an agent-side update that brings new features and improvements from the latest Neurons Engine release.

Impact:
Existing Installations: A system reboot will be required after the engine upgrade is applied. This may result in a brief service interruption on affected devices.
New Installations: New installations of the App Control Agent will not require a reboot and will operate as normal immediately.

Action Required:
No manual update is needed. The upgrade will be applied automatically by the Agent

Impact:

Existing Installations:

The updated Mac agent will be installed automatically or when configured Maintenance Windows allow.. In most cases, the upgrade will complete silently without affecting the end user. If an endpoint is missing required prerequisites, a system reboot may be initiated as part of the installation process. This is expected to be rare.

New Installations:

The latest Mac agent version will be deployed upon installation. No reboot is required for new installations.

Completed - Due to complications with the deployment of Drop #2 into the NVF VM STG environment encountered today we are pausing the deployment to allow use of the landscape during business hours. Customers will be able to use their STG tenants throughout the business day.

We will provide an update as soon as we have a confirmed schedule for resuming the deployment.
