Dear valued customer,

This message is a reminder to you and your technical teams about an upcoming change that may require action on your part. On June 3rd, 2025, the SSL certificate for "Ivantifedcloud.com" Domain will expire. The Site Reliability Engineering team will be updating the Ivanti-side certificate for all Neurons for ITSM STG/UAT tenants with Domain “ivantifedcloud.com” at approximately 04:30 AM UTC on May 25th, 2025. The new certificate is available for download and may require an update to your SSO solution (ADFS/Okta/Shibboleth) prior to May 25th, 2025 in order to prevent any service disruption.

If you are not the best person to contact about this upcoming change, please reply with the contact who should receive this communication.

Depending on your authentication configuration, Single Sign-On-enabled cloud customers who do not update the certificate on their side before May 25th, 2025 may be unable to log into their tenants using SSO. Today, we want to inform you of an important action you may need to take before January 2025. This action relates to an update for the TLS 1.2 configuration for Ivanti Neurons environments. The updates are designed to strengthen our collective security posture and ensure compliance with the latest security industry standards.
