We shall start with the Staging/UAT environments and then at a later stage work on the Production. This update is for the Staging/UAT environments, and no change required on your end.

Ivanti will be releasing an update to the Ivanti Neurons Mac Agent. This update will be applied automatically when endpoints check in with the Ivanti Neurons platform, or when configured Maintenance Windows allow. No manual intervention is required.
Impact:
Existing Installations:
The updated Mac agent will be installed automatically or when configured Maintenance Windows allow.. In most cases, the upgrade will complete silently without affecting the end user. If an endpoint is missing required prerequisites, a system reboot may be initiated as part of the installation process. This is expected to be rare.
New Installations:
The latest Mac agent version will be deployed upon installation. No reboot is required for new installations.
