Scheduled
Ivanti will be upgrading the Front-end Application Load Balancers used by the Ivanti Service Manager Cloud customers hosted in NVZ PRD. The upgrade of the Load Balancer will take place on 5th November, 2022. All changes will be done after business hours.

Impact
This is a ZERO downtime maintenance, and all tenants will be available and accessible. However, users might experience a brief lag or connectivity issue if attempting to connect during the Load Balancer update.

During this upgrade, the front-end Load Balancer IP addresses will change. While not recommended, if customers have whitelisted the Ivanti Front-end Load Balancer IP addresses, then they need to work with their internal Network team to update the Firewall rules.

Maintenance Window
These times reflect the maintenance schedule:

Start Date/Time: November 5, 2022 03:30 UTC
End Date/Time: November 5, 2022 07:30 UTC

Support/Documentation
If you have any questions related to your Ivanti Service Manager and/or Asset Manager Cloud application, please contact your organization’s Support Desk or your application administrator.
If you have any questions about the planned upgrade to the Database Server to the latest version, please contact Ivanti Global Support

PLEASE NOTE
The Front-end Load Balancer upgrade is not happening during the standard maintenance window for this landscape. We are performing these as rolling upgrades to minimize impact to our customers and while this is a ZERO downtime upgrade customers might experience brief latency or connectivity issue if attempting to connect during the maintenance window. While not recommended, if customers have whitelisted the Ivanti Front-end Load Balancer IP addresses for their outbound traffic, they’ll need to work with their internal Network team to update their Firewall rules.
