Emergency maintenance - Ivanti Neurons for ITSM - IRW PRD

In response to the workflow performance issues experienced earlier this week within the IRW PRD landscape, we are expediting the deployment of specific infrastructure improvements that had already been planned for the IRW STG and PRD environments. These enhancements are intended to deliver a direct improvement to the workflow service. The outcome within IRW STG deployment were positive, and our success criteria were met. Therefore we are planning to apply the same improvements to IRW PRD within the below maintenance period.
