Monitoring

The landscape has stabilized and we are closely monitoring the system. We will send out a notification if this reoccurs. If there is no reoccurrence, we will resolve this incident in 24 hours.

Identified

We have identified the issue and have started executing the remediation steps. System performance will be intermittently impacted while these steps are completed. We anticipate this will be completed in around 30 minutes. We will keep you updated on the progress of these efforts.
