The SSL certificate for the "ivanticloud.com" domain is scheduled to expire on 23-Aug-2026. A new certificate is available for download and may require an update to your Single Sign-On (SSO) solution (ADFS, Okta, Shibboleth, or similar) before the expiration date to avoid any potential service disruption.
Depending on your authentication configuration, customers using Single Sign-On (SSO) may experience login issues if the certificate is not updated on their side before the current certificate expires.

Ivanti Operations will update the Ivanti-side certificate for Czero STG tenants using the "ivanticloud.com" domain on 28-Jul-2026 at approximately 05:00 UTC, prior to the certificate expiration date.
If your organization requires updates to the certificate configuration within your ADFS or SSO solution and those updates have not been completed before this maintenance activity, Single Sign-On authentication may fail.
