TTZ STG/UAT database maintenance and failover testing

In order to ensure our ability to support high availability within our environment and collect needed information for our vendor, we will be preforming database failovers. Although outages are not expected, it is possible that the impact may result in errors and applications not being available for a limited period of time. The main impact during the test will be performance degradation.
