After investigating the reports of these issues, it was found that there was not a wider impact on the landscape and services are operational on the NVZ lower environments. This incident is now resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting access to some environments in NVZ STG/UAT. Customers may experience intermittent availability or difficulty loading services. Our teams are actively working to identify the cause and restore normal operation as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
