Ivanti Operations will be performing the ITSM 2026.2.6 Upgrade for the NVC-STG environment during the maintenance window outlined below.
As part of this maintenance activity, Ivanti Operations will also update the Ivanti-side SSL/SSO certificate for tenants using the "ivanticloud.com" and "saasitau.com" domains. The current certificate is scheduled to expire on 23-Aug-2026, and this update is required to ensure uninterrupted service.
Customers using Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions such as ADFS, Okta, Shibboleth, or similar identity providers may need to update their SSO configuration with the new certificate before the expiration date to avoid potential authentication issues.
