Investigating

A number of Ivanti Neurons MDM Core to Cloud Migration Service customers on the https://eu1migration-auriga.mobileiron.com environment are experiencing a degradation. The Cloud Migration service admin portal is currently unavailable and new device migrations will not succeed. Devices originally registered to Core that have been previously migrated through the service will not be able to check-in until the issue is resolved.



Ivanti Site Reliability Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information.
