Ivanti will be performing emergency maintenance on your Ivanti Service Manager tenant hosted in the following Production (PRD) and Staging (STG) regions:

Impact
We are deploying an update to the UI V3 in both staging and production. We don’t expect this to have any effect on customers using the system at the time of upgrade and the new UI will be picked up when the screen is refreshed or in a new browser window.

While no issues are anticipated, please try the following steps if you encounter any problems:
1. Close your browser completely and reopen it.
2. If your URL includes a session ID (e.g., 'instance.ivanticloud.com/Default.aspx#583492067'), remove everything after '.com' and press 'Enter'.
3. Use a private or incognito browsing session.
