Ivanti will be performing an upgrade maintenance on Sandbox Apple Certificate Signing Request (CSR) file generations and Sandbox Notification services for on-premise Connectors and Sentries.
Impact
During the maintenance, customers cannot request Apple Certificate Signing Request (CSR) file generations.
Administrators and users attempting to log in using LDAP credentials may see intermittent failures or delays in performing authentication.
Administrators may be unable to register new Sentries or Connectors.
Configuration changes for LDAP servers and Sentries may be delayed.
LDAP synchronization may be delayed for fail to complete.
Administrators attempting to add new applications to the App library may see outdated information or be unable to add the applications.
Policy compliance notifications may be delayed.
