We have completed the PROD migrations. NON-PROD systems will be available by Sunday. Please restart all Trusted Agent (TA) connections prior to using the system.

If any issues are encountered, please engage Support through the normal channels (telephone or Customer Portal).

APOLOGIES: This was incorrectly scheduled on Status Page, so the maintenance communications sent last night were in error. This is being updated to reflect the correct maintenance/migration window.

REMINDER: On March 17th, 2023, during our standard monthly maintenance window (8PM MT to 2AM MT) we will be migrating your systems from AWS to Azure. We will communicate at the start and at the end of the migration activity. Systems will be completely unavailable for the duration of the migration.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning March 10th we ask that no Blue Print publishes be executed as this will disrupt the synchronization process and potentially jeopardize your migration.

Also of note: there is a discrepancy between the original email communicating the migration and the FAQ. We WILL be migrating all PROD and NON-PROD systems and databases in this window. Blue Print publishing for all environments should not occur after March 10th, and can resume after the migrations have been completed.
