Ivanti will be updating the certificate on your Ivanti Service Manager tenant hosted in the following regions:

Start Date/Time: Oct 19, 2026 04:30 UTC
End Date/Time: Oct 19, 2026 07:30 UTC
Certificate Update Information
ISM Cloud SSL certificate update
Impact
Tenants environment will remain online and available throughout the maintenance window. Single Sign-On enabled cloud customers who do not add the certificate on their server(s) before the expiration date may not be able to log into their tenants using Single-Sign-On.
We recommend that customers complete any required SSO certificate updates before the maintenance window to ensure uninterrupted access.
While no issues are anticipated, please try the following steps if you encounter any problems:
1. Close your browser completely and reopen it.
2. If your URL includes a session ID (e.g., 'instance.ivanticloud.com/Default.aspx#583492067'), remove everything after '.com' and press 'Enter'.
3. Use a private or incognito browsing session.
