Investigating -
A number of Neurons customers in the MLU, FRU,TTU,TKU and UKU environments may experience a service degradation, resulting in no policy being assigned to newly installed agents.
Site Reliability Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information.
