Scheduled - Dear valued customer,
This message is a reminder to you and your technical teams about an upcoming change that may require action on your part. On April 2nd, 2025, the SSL certificate for "Ivanticloud.com" Domain will expire. The new certificate is available for download and may require an update to your SSO solution (ADFS/Okta/Shibboleth) prior to the expiration date in order to prevent any service disruption.
If you are not the best person to contact about this upcoming change, please reply with the contact who should receive this communication.
Depending on how your authentication solution is configured, Single Sign-On enabled cloud customers who do not update the certificate on their side before the expiration date may not be able to log into their tenants using Single-Sign-On. Please refer to the following Community article https://forums.ivanti.com/s/article/ISM-Cloud-SSL-certificate-update-for-ivanticloud-com?language=en_US to download the zip file containing the .cer file and ADFS instruction document. (STAR-ivanticloud-com-2026.zip)
PLEASE NOTE: Operations will be updating the Ivanti-side certificate for all ISM PRD tenants for all regions with Domain “ivanticloud.com” at approximately 04:00 AM UTC on March 29th, 2025, prior to the certificate expiring. Update - Previously active Sentry has stopped its regular 15-minute check-ins with the N-MDM. Team is currently investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information.
Note: This issue impacts customers using Ivanti Standalone Sentry who has expired certificate.

Important Ivanti Neurons TLS Configuration Update to Avoid Service Interruptions
Today, we want to inform you of an important action you may need to take before January 2025. This action relates to an update for the TLS 1.2 configuration for Ivanti Neurons environments. The updates are designed to strengthen our collective security posture and ensure compliance with the latest security industry standards.

Required Action to Avoid Service Interruptions
If you are using Ivanti Neurons Agents, verify, no later than January 20, 2025, that the following Cipher Suites are set up in your environment.
