SSL certificates used for Ivanti Access VPN endpoints expire on Dec 11, 2025. These certificates will be renewed by Ivanti SRE between Nov 29 from 03:30 - 07:30 UTC, however Administrators must take action to avoid interruptions to Windows and iOS AppTunnel users by syncing Cloud/Core with their Access tenant to retrieve the new certificate after the change window has closed.

Dear Customers,
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best experience, we will be transitioning from Virtual Machines to Containers in our FFZ Datacenter.

We shall start with the Staging/UAT environments and then at a later stage work on the Production. This update is for the Staging/UAT environments, and no change required on your end.

Our team of experts is working diligently to ensure a seamless migration process. We will be closely monitoring the transition and will address any issues that may arise promptly with ability to rollback to Virtual Machines if the need arises.
